1963. Final dynamic balance. If the rotor's weight is not uniform, centrifugal forces will cause the center of gravity to shift. The rotor is being forced to rotate on it's centerline by the bearings but centrifugal force is trying to make that component rotate around it's center of gravity. This results in damaging vibration which the balancing machine will detect.
