This three-quarter housing Sturtevant Duplex Steel-Plate Fan is now on display at the Glascow School of Art, Nouveau Building, where it was originally installed. Dating from 1904-1907, it is part of one of the earliest mechanical air conditioning applications in the United Kingdom. The fan has both B.F.Sturtevant (USA) and Sturtevant Engineering (UK) iron name plates riveted to the housing.
