Built: 1903

Monitor roof 1 story brick with central and 2 side craneways. The small 2nd floor area seen in the picture was the Charging floor when the foundry was onsite.

Overview:

The first building constructed, it served as the company foundry until 1919 when it was converted to large fan manufacturing. Their extensive metalworking capacities included presses, metal shears, rollers and frequent welding of specialty metals such as inconnel, aluminum and stainless steels.

In 2002, much needed structural improvements were made to the roof and south wall.
