Bldg F(Low)
Date Built:1903

Purpose: The first building constructed, it served as the company foundry(iron & brass) until 1919 when it was converted to large fan manufacturing. The tall track-side windows were originally bin openings where foundry material was delivered.

Extensive metalworking capacities included presses, metal shears, rollers and frequent welding of specialty metals such as inconnel, aluminum and stainless steels. All the large fans were built here.

Currently: Owned by The Seyon Group, industrial property investors. A section connected to high-bay is scheduled for demolition as part of a redevelopment by the new owners. Vehicles will then have access to the now isolated west parcel which will be repaved and converted to 100+ needed parking spaces.
