Application
It was intended for heating/humidifying or cooling in offices, stores,restaurants, etc.

Construction
Any number of units could be served by a single system of service piping with central control to swing from cooling to heating and the reverse. It was applicable to steam or forced hot water heating and to surface cooling by means of Freon or circulation of cold water.
